Hi France, I gave birth to Hayden Lucas last week at 34 weeks. The Birth Plan changed quite a bit as I was not able to give birth at the birth center and was transferred to labor and delivery, however, Jake & I used our HypnoBirthing and went into labor about 10pm and delivered at 9:34am. I was able to make it through using our deep relaxation techniques without any pain medications. I did have some pitocin at the end after I was complete because my contractions were getting further apart. Just wanted to let you know. Erin & Jacob
