I wanted to send you some pics of little Rocco Lukas and to let you know that I'm so happy we took your Hypnobirthing class. My labor was long - my water broke at 5:30 am on 1/18 and baby was born at 5:30 am on 1/19, and I think I was in the "pushing" phase for about 3 hours - but I really felt relaxed and calm the whole time. I was able to focus on my breathing and letting my body birth and Stephen was well-prepared to be a great companion. I can honestly tell people (and I have) that although my labor was at times difficult and a lot of hard-work, other than some back labor near the end, it wasn't painful at all. I definitely feel that going into the experience with positive thoughts and the commitment to let my body do its work were the keys to success for my labor and I want to thank you for sharing the Hypnobirthing experience with me, Stephen and baby Rocco.Oh, and breastfeeding is going great! He was born at 7 lbs/20 inches and already weighed 8.2 lbs at his week exam - nothing to worry about there :)!With love, Lisa Fazio
